A bit over a year ago I lodged an order with Satin Snow, quite a well respected manufacturer and supplier of custom ground glass. You still hear nothing but good things about them, but due to unfortunate circumstances orders were slowed and eventually discontinued. Their website states they are working through filling every order on their records, but are not taking any more. I’d held off contacting them because there was no urgency and I trust they will stick to their guns and fill every order, but I decided to email them yesterday to ask the status of my order. I got my response today.

Thank you for the note and understanding, David has been very ill for quite a
long time now and I am filtering through all of the orders he had on file and
trying to get them all out to the customers, I will pull your order and get it
out to you as soon as I possibly can, I have had to completely learn what
David did, in order to start full filling orders again, and it has taken me a
bit of time to learn this whole process, but rest assured, I will get it out
to you as soon as I possibly can.Thank you again.
