Jupiter 9 and Industar-22 Test shots

Got two rolls of Kodak Gold developed today, on the way to and from a job site for work. Shot on my Voigtlander Bessa R2A with appropriate M adapters.

Jupiter 9, 90mm f/2, Sonnar copy

Industar 22, 50mm f/3.5, collapsible Tessar copy (uncoated?)

Both taken on Kodak Gold 100…I’m very happy with the Jupiter-9, the Industar-22 has some flare issues, but it’s to be expected. The colour rendition I’m happy with, so I’m all good to go ahead in black and white.
Also as you could perhaps tell, my scanner needs a bit of a clean in some cases, but it resides in a rural area so it’s not half surprising.

One Response to Jupiter 9 and Industar-22 Test shots

Hi! I saw a reference to your blog on the Apug site. I have an old Rolleiflex New Standard, dating from before WWII and with a lovely but uncoated Tessar lens. Color photos from your Industar-22 have a very similar look to color photos from my Rollei; I love the color rendition, tonality, and “glow” produced by these lenses. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine.
