I have a few cameras, and a fair amount of darkroom equipment. 99% of it was scored from eBay, or personally from better-equipped and very helpful photographers.
Canon EOS 300x [35mm], Canon EF mount – 2005
My first camera! Purchased new with a 28-90mm f/4-5.6 lens thrown in, cost me $480AUS after a month of working with my dad landscaping. Formerly the most I’ve paid for a camera. The 28-90mm lens died after it was left in a freezer (long story, don’t ask). I bought a 50mm F/1.8 for $150 that is now standard on it.
Nikon FM2n [35mm], Nikon F mount – 2006
Previously a family camera, built like a tank and works accordingly – $240AUD. Came with a 50mm f/1.8 E series lens with some fungus in it, which I got cleaned by a Nikon tech for $80AUD. This is the combination I use for most of my photos. Came with a Sigma 35-135mm f/3.5 macro lens too, picked up a 70-210mm lens for it too. Currently lent to Miffy for as long as she wants, because I’m not using it enough right now.
Speed Graphic [4x5"], Graflex lens boards – 2007
A gift from my parents for my 18th birthday, a real 4×5″ field camera. It’s hefty, requires a tripod, and just fun. Came with a 90mm f/6.8 Optar lens, traded for a 150/4.5 in 2009.

My rangefinder, the newest and most expensive camera I’ve ever bought. $800 for the body. Purchased to compliment my FM2n.
I use a 50mm f/1.8 Canon LTM lens with an M adapter.
